Great Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Omaha

This is probably one of thee best Chinese places in town. Only downside is, you should probably call ahead and place an order. It takes pretty long for them to make the food.

Rice was good. Crab ragoon was over cooked.

I have been going here since I was a kid.Very friendly place.Their food is delicious especially their noodles and hot and sour soup. I highly recommend this place.

I decided to give this restaurant a chance because it is so close to my work. I am very picky about Chinese Food Restaurants and some restaurants here in Omaha have failed to impress me. This one, however, has definitely made the cut. Fast service, very friendly staff, and delicious meals, usually only for $5-$7!! You really can't beat that. The General Tso's Chicken is not my favorite, but other meals I tried were extremely good.To me, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Omaha, for the price point.

Good food , friendly place to eat

First time at this restaurant, placed order at 6:30pm and was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 6:50pm and there were a dozen people lined up waiting in front of counter (no joke!) with one person taking orders, checking people out (very slowly) while answering every call with phones (two) ringing off the hook... Took another 20 minutes just to get to the cashier to be checked out and then was told food wasn't ready yet... Sat and waited another 20 minutes before finally getting my food and headed home. Sesame Chicken was good and pork fried rice was above par. Hot and Sour soup was good, fried dumplings were above par. I will go back again but maybe not on a Friday night. They should really have 2 people working the register and more people in the kitchen. Food 4/5 service 2/5 for a total of 3/5.

Good General Tso, nothing spectacular. Buffet was pretty small but had the essentials.

My girlfriend had me tried this place when we first started dating 3yrs ago and it's awesome Now it's become our Chinese place

I had a craving for Chinese food, place was busy, I ordered my food to go and it took about 10 minutes to get. Nice size portion of the main dish, I ordered Kung Pow chicken with extra chicken and fried rice, there wasn't much rice, the chicken wasn't spicy at all which is what it's supposed to be. It still took care of my craving.

This place is the best. They never disappoint. My food is always warm and ready for pick up about 10-15 min after calling. i have been a customer almost all my life. I plan to do allot more business.

Horrible people skills, expensive, and kid who took our order did not listen

I decided to order from this Chinese place because the one I usually go too moved location. And I was very disappointed my noodles had hair in it. And as I continue to dig the small pieces of hair kept coming out. Please don’t come here this place is old. And of you order here inspect your food please because eating it.

I am 25 years old so since i was a baby we have came here. So worth going to go dine in or take out. I have tried just about everything and i love it all...

Place was a bit dirty, seeing dishes left on the tables since I got in til I left and the food was a bit bland, service was ok too.

Cooked to order is why they get 5 stars. Had a China buffet few days ago, oh my so not good!! Was in the area, unfortunately!Shrimp in garlic sauce !! Big shrimp and hot crisp veggies, also kung pao chicken is great.Very reasonable and large enough for two meals!!!

I'm very picky about my sweet and sour sauce!! but there's is amazing,not too thick and sticky. not too sweet, and enough sour in it.. the chicken portions could be a little bigger.. I like my portion sizes a little bigger though but overall amazing batter for the chicken.. the noodles are amazing. One of my favorite takeout restaurants.. KEEP it UP.. WITH THE GREAT FOOD... 💯💯💯

Best chinese in town. The lines are pretty long for take out so i suggest calling 15 minutes before you plan on picking up. The lady that answers the phone always sounds distracted like there is no way she could have gotten that right. BUT I have never had an issue with my order.

Best fast Chinese in all of Omaha! Have been going to Great Dragon for 15 years and can say the taste/quality/quantity of the food has been consistent, and so yummy!!! They remember my order every time, right down to my picky details. Love them!!

They have amazing chinese food and the two employees are very good at taking your order and they never mess up! The buffet is until 2 pm!

The food is delicious and the prices are fair for an all you can eat buffett. My biggest complaint is the radio station that always plays, I just don't like that kind of music. The service was respectful when I was there but not the happiest bunch. I'm getting picky now though--all in all it's a nice place.

Great Asian buffet and unique variety in good quantity at moderate price. The decor and ambience added to the dining experience and pleasure.

Usually go here during my break for the buffet. About $9, there's a good variety of food choices. Would be nice to see some chopsticks out near the utensils.

It is not good. We had saseme chicken (soggy and vinegary), sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and crab ragoons. Unfortunately onne of it was good. Threw it all away.
